Overseas Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Overseas Recruitment Coordinator with a strong background in tele sales or tele calling. This role involves contacting potential candidates and guiding them through the overseas job application process for countries across the globe. If you're target-driven and love speaking to people, this is the role for you!

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective job seekers daily.
• Explain overseas job opportunities, requirements, and procedures clearly and confidently.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or job portals.
• Counsel and convert interested candidates into applicants.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (destination countries, job types, documentation).
• Coordinate with internal departments (documentation, visa, placement teams).
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets related to call volume, lead conversions, and revenue.

Desired candidate profile

• Any Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in tele sales, tele calling, recruitment sales, Immigration, visa processing, student recruitment or overseas consulting (Freshers are also welcome)
• Good communication skills in Tamil, English and any other regional languages (Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi)
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven attitude
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure and rejection professionally

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
