Overseas Recruitment Counsellor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Recruitment Counsellor located in Kochi. The Overseas Recruitment Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to Nurses seeking Career opportunities in Germany.

Day-to-day tasks include Contacting the prospective candidates who have shown interest, checking their eligibility for employment, collecting relevant documents, scheduling interviews and helping with the visa process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Experience in Recruiting and Student counselling for overseas markets
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
• Knowledge of international employment industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Graduation is not essential for the right or experienced candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
