Mahalaxmi Group is a reputed and fast-growing organization committed to excellence across all its business verticals. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain daily accounting operations and records.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation (B.R.) and ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts.
• Record and post Journal Entries accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Manage Payroll processing including salary disbursement, deductions, and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support during audits.
• Maintain vendor and client accounts, and ensure timely payments and receipts.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting,or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / Accounting Software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
