Job Description

Job Title:

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payment processing.
Prepare and issue client invoices and follow up for payments.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis.
Track employee reimbursements, expenses, and petty cash settlements.
Support monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
Assist in preparation of MIS and financial reports for management.
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for finance-related queries.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts (service industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
Working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools.
Preferred: CA-Intermediate or equivalent certification; prior experience in IT services or consulting organizations.

Skills Required

Strong analytical and numerical ability.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions

Full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday).
Standard office hours with possible extended hours during month-end or audit periods.
