🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including

  journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations

• Execute online banking transactions via

  Netbanking

  – including

  NEFT, RTGS, IMPS

• Process

  vendor payments

  , employee reimbursements, and maintain accurate payment records
• Maintain and reconcile

  petty cash

  transactions
• Prepare, verify, and issue

  invoices

  as per internal and client requirements
• Operate accounting software –

  Zoho / SAP / Tally

  (mandatory)
• Assist in

  monthly closing, audit preparations

  , and maintain internal financial records
• Prepare and update

  MIS reports

  using

  Basic to Advanced Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company policies.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com graduate

  with sound knowledge of

  Accounts & Finance

• Hands-on experience with

  Tally / SAP / Zoho

  – must-have
• Proficient in

  Excel

  and financial data management
• Familiar with

  online payments and transaction processes

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
