Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate records of resort income and expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Manage GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and support cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with the central finance team and auditors.
• Use Hotsoft software for billing, revenue tracking, and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality/resort industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Hotsoft is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
