Finance Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented male candidate for the position of Finance Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance and administrative operations, with a willingness to learn and contribute to both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations including invoice management, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Support payroll coordination and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents.
• Assist in office administration tasks such as asset tracking, procurement, and coordination with departments.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
• CA candidates, freshers, or highly experienced applicants are not being considered at this time.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication skills and attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting software.
• Candidates from Kochi location only will be considered.
