Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating Present menu, take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally Ensure guest satisfaction and attend to their needs promptly Clear tables and reset for the next guests Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service Follow all safety and sanitation policies Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or similar role Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Polite, energetic, and presentable Basic knowledge of food and beverage items Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
