Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Finance Executive to support day-to-day financial operations at Junna Solar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and Tally, and will play a key role in managing accounting records, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting project-based financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain books of accounts, entries in Tally & SAP, and daily financial transactions.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

· Monitor cash flow and ensure timely vendor and project payments.

· Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings in coordination with consultants.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring for solar manufacturing and EPC operations.

· Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audits.

· Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / MBA preferred).

· 2–4 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or EPC company.

· Mandatory working experience with SAP (FI module preferred) and Tally ERP.

· Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance regulations.

· Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).

Preferred Skills

· Experience in solar/renewable energy, manufacturing, or EPC sectors (e.g., mounting structures).

· Familiarity with ERP systems and financial controls in high-growth environments.

· Understanding of long-term debt facilities, capex planning, and interest coverage dynamics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
