Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all finance and accounting operations across Experts Pro and Kodo, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records, lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliation for management and regulatory purposes.
Execute payroll processing and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Support audits, tax filings, and handle all related documentation.
Collaborate with HR, sales, and operations teams for cost management and financial support.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing finance processes, preferably in education, technology, or service sectors.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and audit practices.
Strong proficiency in using accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
