Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive - F&B Cost Controller with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and cost control, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze financial data to optimize food and beverage costs.
Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to improve profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with budgetary constraints.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, particularly those used for cost control and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role or organization.
