Finance Digital Transformation Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own finance process digitization across

    Budgeting, Controlling, Pricing, Promotion Management, Capex Planning, Financial Reporting, and Audit & Compliance

  • Act as

    SAP FICO SME

    , ensuring robust design, configuration, and integration with business requirements
  • Redesign workflows for speed, compliance, and transparency while delivering measurable cost and efficiency benefits
  • Collaborate with CFO, Controllers, Audit, and IT to co-create a digital finance roadmap
  • Drive change management, adoption, and upskilling across finance teams
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track financial performance and value delivery from digital initiatives

Mandatory Skills:

  • Finance Domain Expertise:

    Controlling (CO), Budgeting & Planning, Pricing & Promotion Management, Capex Planning, Financial Reporting, Audit & Compliance

  • SAP FICO Functional Expertise:

    Configuration, Integration, Implementations/Enhancements

  • Digital Finance & Transformation:

    Process digitization, automation, analytics, workflow tools

  • Program & Stakeholder Management:

    Change management, upskilling, KPI tracking, collaboration with CFO/Controllers/Audit/IT

  • Execution & Delivery:

    Workflow redesign, process optimization, measurable cost and efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, or SAP-led Finance projects
  • Strong program management and execution skills
