Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

- Oversee accounting systems, finalization of accounts, reconciliations, and audit

preparation.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the company’s financial transactions.

- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, clients, and government agencies.

- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and support strategic financial planning.

- Implement internal controls and improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in core accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a

leadership position.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Experience with NSDC project accounting or government-funded project finance will be an

added advantage.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
