About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Channel Sales Partner to drive real estate sales through strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate sales processes, excellent networking skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and agents to promote company real estate projects.

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.

Conduct regular training sessions and meetings to keep partners updated on project offerings, pricing, and incentive structures.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design partner engagement programs and promotional activities.

Monitor sales performance of partners, track conversions, and provide regular reports to management.

Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth communication between the company and channel network.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
