As a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, preferably in a listed company, and a background in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for various key tasks in this role: - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes. - Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to conduct financial reviews and provide valuable insights. - Create segment-wise financial analysis and variance reports for effective performance evaluation. - Demonstrate strong presentation skills to communicate insights to Senior Management and the Board effectively. - Possess in-depth knowledge of Indirect Taxation (GST) for compliance, reconciliation, and assessments. - Have exposure to Direct Taxation and ensure statutory compliance in financial matters. - Utilize hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in the FI / CO modules. - Excel in using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools for comprehensive reporting. - Understand internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance. - Exhibit excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Show proven ability to mentor and guide finance teams effectively.
