Finance Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller / Chartered Accountant to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and accounting skills, with hands-on experience in payments, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee payments, billing, and vendor reconciliations.
• Handle monthly and quarterly reconciliations including bank, ledger, and vendor accounts.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets to management.
• Support audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for cost control and financial planning.

Requirements

• CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in payments, billings, reconciliations, or finance control roles preferred.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
