Job Summary:

Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end Compliance & Bookkeeping of the clients including GST, TDS , PT, PF, ESIC
Manage and record transactions in Zoho Books accurately and timely
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
Process payments through NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc., ensuring compliance with internal controls
Perform
vendor reconciliation
, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ageing reports
Coordinate with vendors for timely documentation, clarifications, and follow-ups
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist during audits
Generate AP reports and provide insights for cash flow planning

Required Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting)
or equivalent degree
1–2 years of experience
in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles
Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and basic accounting systems
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills

Preferred:

Experience in a
service-based or SME environment
Knowledge of
TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, ITR, Financial Statement
