Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team at Le Mridien. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in finance or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting and budgeting.
Proficiency in financial software, such as Excel and QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
