Job Description

Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of external financial statements and all related filings.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Prepares financial statements using the general ledger system and specific financial statement preparation software and analyzes results.
Assists with responses to government and/or regulatory agencies requests and questions.
Provides information for external audits. Participates in the evaluation of anticipated transactions and assists with implementing needed changes to the financial statements and related disclosures, including the impact on risk-based capital. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

BBA/B.Com/CA/CMA/MBA/M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance

EXPERIENCE

Two to three years of related accounting experience
