Job Title:

Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Lead financial audits, liaising with internal and external auditors.
  
• Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
  
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  
• Manage statutory filings, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and financial planning.
  
• Manage a team of finance and accounting professionals.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and applicable tax laws.
  
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), internal controls, and compliance.
  
• Experience in working with multinational companies is a plus.
