Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis to support business decisions and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. - Analyzing monthly financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to business leadership. - Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support product-level P&L, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition efficiency. - Partnering with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations to drive business performance. - Tracking and optimizing unit economics, contribution margin, and working capital across product lines. - Preparing dashboards, variance reports, and investor-ready presentations. - Providing support during audits, fundraising activities, and board meetings. - Recommending actionable insights for cost optimization and revenue acceleration. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 4-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or strategic finance. - Prior experience in a high-growth startup, D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce environment is considered a strong advantage. - Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus. - Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. - Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
