Procurement Manager- Hospitality construction

As an Assistant to the Snr Manager Purchase, your role involves assisting in the procurement of products and services in alignment with the company's policies, standards, and goals. You will be responsible for negotiations, finalization of products, services, commercials, and reporting periodically to AVP Purchase. Your focus will be on ensuring adherence to standards such as Cost, Quality, Product, Aesthetics, Innovations, and Functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare documents for floating of RFI, RFQ & BOQ. - Develop vendors continuously. - Track and finalize group Annual Maintenance Contracts on time. - Track and conclude negotiations of group Capex, R&M, Pre-opening, and project requirements. - Monitor TAT from requisition to order issuance. - Assist in finalizing vendors and product commercials. - Ensure sourcing of products and services at the right quality and price. - Create Cost Impact sheets and Comparatives accurately. - Prepare Award Notes for finalized contracts. - Issue clearances for finalized rates with UNIT / Project teams. - Ensure vendor compliance with statutory requirements and certifications. - Prepare Activity and Project Trackers and communicate them to AVP Purchase. - Follow up with vendors for contract non-compliance or non-supply. - Maintain trackers, documents, and records effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation is mandatory; engineering graduation is preferred. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling hospitality pre-opening, project, RNM, and Capex. In addition, having knowledge of vendors for Operational products for resorts for a national contract is desirable. Skills in hospitality, vendor management, procurement processes, capex, project management, RFI (Request for Information), and RFQ (Request for Quotation) finalization are essential for this role.,
