Finance Analyst - OTR/AR

OTR Project Controller

• Act as business partner for the assigned project assigned in both CEAP and India sub region.
• Familiarisation and implementation of ASC 606, warranty policy and any other changes of policies issued by GEV.
• Review project financial to ensure timeliness in invoicing and follow up closely on project billing milestone.
• Prepare periodic project reviews with all relevant business and financial analysis.
• Risk-management: propose adequate mitigation for minimizing risk and exposure
• Participate at the overall project budgeting process and be able to question the cost, risk and cash position
• Provide and prepare supporting for quarterly account reconciliation.
• Provide supporting to external auditor based on project sampling results.
• Communicate with internal factory in terms of transfer pricing, delivery timeline and cost recognition at region level.
• To provide forecast for project reviews and other OTR related area.
• Be able to explain to project manager on the financial impact and to educate on changes in policies.

Account receivable analysis and planner

• Assisting in preparing analysis on collection and PD report on weekly basis and reconciling with PL weekly report when required.
• Assisting in clearing out aged PD item from balance sheet and providing reconciliation to stakeholders
• Compiling data on write off items and work along with controllership and legal for approval.
• Keeping and maintaining live report allowing all stakeholders to have updated report as reference.
