Key Responsibilities

Prepares tax filings and coordinate with corporate on state/federal tax compliance and accounting activities.

•Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

•Perform monthly variance analysis vs. forecast and prior periods

•Review and improve internal controls and Accounting/Finance policies and procedures

•Reports and administers Fixed Asset/Other Asset reporting and administration, including leading fixed asset verifications.

•Completes Internal control financial reporting (ICFR) testing and reporting, including planning and project management.

•Assists finance manager with ongoing and special projects as assigned, including implementation of new accounting standards.

Qualifications:

•Bachelors in Accounting

•Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience required:

•1+ years of progressive accounting experience; would consider recent college graduate with relevant internship experience

•Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

•Exceptional communication skills

•Strong PC and Excel skills

•Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

•Superior ability to multi-task and prioritize
