GradeDM / ManagerBusinessBank levelDepartmentF&ASub-DepartmentFP&ALocationWorliFP&AFP&A Team generate detailed Business profitability, capital computations and various reports for Business teams including RAROC and monitoring profitability metrics of the Bank at granular level Dedicated Business Fice teams to work with Business teams to drive organizational level objectivesRoleThe role involves working with multiple stakeholders to generate desired outcomes by driving individual specific areas within FP&A including Fund transfer pricing (FTP), capital reporting, etc Understanding of capital computation and business profitability reporting1 Work data management and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy2 Ensuring the monthly processes are executed in timely and efficient manner3 Ensure that processes are complied with the underlying framework FTP / Capital reporting [RBI guidelines]4 Understanding of RBI guidelines relating to Basel III5 Manage the internal customer relationship through effective communication6 Preparing presentation and MIS, etc and experience in MS excel, SQL, Tableau7 Preparing data requirement related to RBI, Statutory auditor s and internal auditors in accurate and timely manner8 Ensure that proper checks and balances are applied in all activities9 Improvement in current process and streamline processesQualificationsChartered Accountant / Post graduation/ Graduation from a recognized instituteMBA from recognized instituteRole ProficienciesDetailed understanding of Banking Company BusinessesExcellent communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
