Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong automotive manufacturing background to join our team at Pune Chakan (PCMC)
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in finance and accounting within manufacturing, along with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee Balance Sheet preparation and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS regulations and timely filings
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits effectively
Prepare and monitor budgets aligned with business goals
Analyze EBITDA and other key financial metrics to support decision-making
Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power BI for financial reporting and data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and financial planning
Skills & Qualifications:15-16 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Balance Sheet management
In-depth understanding of GST and TDS compliance and regulations
Proven experience managing audits and budget preparation
Analytical mindset with strong skills in EBITDA calculation and interpretation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and Power BI
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
