Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Ensure monthly and quarterly reporting of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.
Audit: Handle Internal audit and Statutory Audit.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to assess financial
Due Diligence and IPO experience: will be an added advantage
Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize capital structure
Report: AR, AP, Banking & Investments, GL ,and FA.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: CA
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a big4 or listed company.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: CFO
Direct Reports: Finance Managers, Accountants, Internal Auditors

Preferred Attributes

Experience in corporate finance and investor relations.
Familiarity with accounting standards (IndAS).
Proven track record of driving financial efficiency and cost optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
