Job Description

Hiring

Finance Associate

to support our finance and accounting functions, including

financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and analysis

.

Salary

: INR 6,00,000 - 15,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Location

: Remote (India) / Bangalore/Hyderabad/Delhi NCR preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly financial closing and reporting
  • Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and tax filings
  • Work with auditors for internal and statutory audits
  • Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management

Eligibility

  • 6+ months of experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
  • Proficiency with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP systems
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets (financial modeling, pivot tables)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
