The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience in financial reporting, and proficiency in Excel and SAP. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes. Utilize SAP for transaction processing and financial reporting. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Required Skills Qualifications B.Com degree with a strong academic record. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP,SUMIFetc.)(mandatory). Working knowledge of SAP(FICO/HANNA) (Added advantage). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes Experience in working in an service industry will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
