Job Title: Field Support Engineer Location: Chennai Department: Graphic Solution Business (HP Indigo Press) Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for digital printing technology. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel for outstation service calls when required and have hands-on experience supporting digital printing equipment. Key Requirements: Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset Willingness and readiness to travel for outstation service visits Strong verbal and written communication skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows installation and configuration Understanding of TCP/IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and standard office software Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote support for HP Indigo Digital Presses Deliver high-quality service and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Follow service request procedures, documentation, and reporting protocols Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective problem resolution Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience Qualifications: Education: BE / B.
