Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer, located on-site in Hyderabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting issues, offering technical support, and performing preventive maintenance. This role also includes ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The candidate will interact with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure reliable operation of equipment.

Qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in Field Service for handling color digital printing equipment's , Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance
• Proficient in Customer Service
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• B.E ,B. Tech from Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical is must
