Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Patna. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and conducting preventive maintenance. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service and resolving service-related concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Field Service for handling color digital printing equipment's , Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
• Skills in performing Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site in Patna
• B.E ,B. Tech from Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical is must
