Field Services Engineer

Wetzel Barron Infosystem (WBI) is a leading service provider in India, offering E-surveillance, banking, automation, and digital solutions. We are inviting applications for E-surveillance engineers.

Roles and responsibilities

• Participate in daily calls based on call allocation and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Manage the collection and return of spares, including any defective items.
• Oversee the installation of ATM machines.
• Handle the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Contribute to the implementation of automation across various sectors.

Requirements

• Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.
• Clear understanding of network, CCTV, sensors, routers, and DVR/NVR systems.

Qualification

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Hardware/Instrumentation/Mechanical Field
• Freshers are welcome
