As a Field Service Engineer for ATM & E Surveillance at Wetzel Barron Infosystem (WBI), a leading service industry in India specializing in E surveillance, Banking, Automation, and Digital solutions, your role involves the following responsibilities: Participating in daily calls based on call allocation and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Managing the collection and return of spares, including any defective items. Overseeing the installation of ATM machines. Handling the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems. Contributing to the implementation of Automation across various sectors. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills: - Software Engineer - Hardware Engineer - Fieldwork - Networking - Good Communication Skill - E Surveillance The ideal candidate should have: - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation. - A clear understanding of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers, and DVR/NVR systems.
