Hardware Specialist

As a Field Service Engineer for ATM & E Surveillance at Wetzel Barron Infosystem (WBI), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of E Surveillance systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in daily calls to address customer issues promptly. - Managing the collection and return of spares, including defective items. - Overseeing the installation of ATM machines. - Handling the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems. - Contributing to the implementation of Automation solutions across various sectors. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: Skills: - Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Fieldwork, Networking - Good communication skills - E Surveillance experience Key Requirements: - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation. - Clear understanding of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers, and DVR/NVR systems. Qualifications: - Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Computer hardware/Instrumentation/Mechanical field.
