Hardware Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer for ATM & E Surveillance at Wetzel Barron Infosystem (WBI), a leading service industry in India, you will be responsible for various tasks related to E Surveillance, Banking, Automation, and Digital solutions. Your main roles and responsibilities will include: - Participating in daily calls based on call allocation and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. - Managing the collection and return of spares, including any defective items. - Overseeing the installation of ATM machines. - Handling the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems. - Contributing to the implementation of Automation across various sectors. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications and skills: - Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and software installation. - Clear understanding of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers, and DVR/NVR systems. Qualifications: - Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Computer hardware/Instrumentation/Mechanical field.
