Job Description

  1. Assist senior engineers in maintenance and servicing of fire alarm, fire suppression, CCTV, access control and other security systems.
  2. Carry out first-level troubleshooting and basic servicing at site under senior engineer’s guidance.
  3. Support in servicing and project related activities under senior engineer’s guidance.
  4. Conduct site survey for maintenance jobs and new project requirements.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of service activities and update job status daily to the supervisor.
  6. Record and update service actions in CRM or service portal on a regular basis.
  7. Follow safety standards and company guidelines while working at site.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and handle situations calmly and professionally.
