 New lead generation and client acquisition activities related to AMC across the designated region.

 Enhancing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

 Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to the clients table.

 Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.

 Assessing competition and strategizing the way forward to close the sale.

 Engaging existing clients & key account management.

 Ensuring customer satisfaction, helping stake holders during execution.

 Following the set sales procedures, updating status of every prospect/opportunity/client in Internal CRM.



Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional

publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in

industry related workshops.

 Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Maintaining cordial relations with all internal departments for better productivity.

 Being a flag bearer of eZone Values and culture in external markets.
