Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks including troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual in this role will visit client locations to install, repair, and maintain inkjet printers and related equipment, ensuring functionality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Field Service, Preventive Maintenance, and Troubleshooting Skills in providing Technical Support and Customer Service Ability to work independently and provide timely and effective solutions Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude Technical certification or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in the digital printing industry is advantageous
