Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks that include field service operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and conducting preventive maintenance. Additionally, the role involves ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and addressing any operational queries or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service operations
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Ability to conduct Preventive Maintenance
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site at Dombivli
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering are a plus
