Field Services Engineer

Job Profile: Field Service Engineer– Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor Experience: 1-3+ Years We are seeking skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer s to join our team for servicing Ingersoll Rand reciprocating and large reciprocating air compressor s. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Mechanical or Electrical engineerin g and prior hands-on experience in air compressor service and maintenanc e . Key Responsibilitie s:Attend on-site breakdowns, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs on Ingersoll Rand air compressor s.Identify and source required spare parts for repairs and maintenanc e.Maintain detailed records of all service and maintenance activitie s.Ensure timely communication with customers and obtain approval before carrying out repair s.Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performanc e.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to client s.Travel to client locations as required for on-site service assignment s. Desired Candidate Profi le:Qualificati on: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivale nt.Experien ce: 1 to 3+ years of experience in servicing air compressors (Ingersoll Rand experience preferre d). Technical Ski lls:Strong knowledge of reciprocating air compressors and large reciprocating compressor syst ems.Proven track record of fault diagnosis and rep air.Familiarity with tools and instruments used in compressor servic ing. Other Requirem ents:Valid driving license and willingness to travel freque ntly.Good communication and interpersonal sk ills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Strong sense of responsibility and customer f ocus.
