Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesEngineer will be deployed at Offshore platform for 28 days rotation basis.Perform daily routine checks of all Servers /Stations /Controllers/ Network switches healthiness of DCS /PLC and submission of system health checks reports to customer.Perform Maintenance checks /Spare inventory checks and preparing the monthly reports.Need to maintain records of all type of documents updated .Attending any type of Corrective/ Emergency /Breakdown calls as on when required in DCS/ESD/PLC/Scada systems at Offshore platform.Deploy latest system software, patches and updates (including Honeywell ‘On’ and ‘Off Process Migrations’).As Resident Engineer need to own full end to end responsibility to maintain the DCS system healthiness.Close co-ordination with A360 Program Manager. And maintain good customer relationship.

Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

Engineer with min 6-8 years of Honeywell Experion PKS DCS. (C300 Controllers etc).
Hands on Experience in Honeywell Safety PLC System (SM), System healthiness checks, Tags addition, Logic modifications and troubleshooting etc.
Hands on Experience in PLC systems like Master Logic (ML200), Hybrid Controller HC900 Hardware Trouble shooting Logic developments/ modifications.
Hands on experience on SCADA System like development of HMI Web Graphis Pages.
Basic Computer trouble shooting skills and networking knowledge (CISCO Switches).
Re-installation of Experion Station/ Server applications and database restoration.
Min Certification criteria OPM-L2, Safety Manger L2 and third party Modbus communications etc.
Added Advantage of Experience with various Experion Process Knowledge System (EPKS) operating, configuration and troubleshooting displays and tools to identify and rectify faults related to station and server redundancy issues, C200 and C300 error indications (from Local LED’s and Station Displays), FTE networks and Ethernet switches, Configuration Studio, Network Tree, Experion support and maintenance, using Diagnostic Studio, Experion Backup and Restore and SCADA problems (knowledge of TPS system will be an added advantage)
Should have experienced into project testing and commissioning.
