Field Service Engineer

Job Description - Service Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team.as a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation ,operation, and maintenance of machines at clients' locations. the ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients    Service engineer roles and responsibilities: 1.      Installation of Machines:-         Execute machine installations at clients' premises, ensuring proper setup and configuration. -         Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements and tailor installations accordingly. 2.      Client Training:-         Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on machine operation, emphasizing correct usage and maintenance practices. -         Provide clear and concise instructional materials to aid clients in operating machines efficiently. -         Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex technical challenges. 3.      Technical Expertise:-         Possess a B.E/B.Tech/ITI/Diploma in, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. -         Demonstrate proficiency in using PCs and familiarity with relevant software applications. -         Have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with basic electrical equipment such as Mustimeter, soldering iron, etc. -         Experience and proficiency in using basic mechanical equipment like drilling machines, tapping tools, etc.   Qualifications and requirements: 4.      Educational Background:-         B.E / B. Tech /ITI / Diploma in, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.     5.      Technical Skills:-         Proficient in using PCs and relevant software applications. -         Familiarity with basic electrical equipment (Multimeter, soldering iron) and mechanical equipment (drilling machines, tapping tools).     6.      Problem-solving Skills:-         Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.     7.      Communication Skills:-         Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and training sessions.     8.      Team Collaboration:-         Ability to collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical challenges.   9.      Adaptability:-         Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and evolving client requirements.  If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for technical excellence and customer satisfaction, we invite you to apply for the position of Service Engineer.
