Billing Executive

  The Billing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the billing process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with scanning and uploading documents, maintaining excel sheets, and have deep knowledge of e-way bills and e-invoices.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Document Scanning and Uploading:      - Scan signed documents, such as invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.    - Upload scanned documents to Tally and email to relevant parties.   2. Excel Sheet Maintenance:      - Maintain accurate and up to date excel sheets of signed documents.    - Ensure all documents are properly recorded and easily accessible.   3. E-Way Bill and E-Invoice Management:    - Generate and manage e-way bills and e-invoices for all branches.    - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.           4. Logistics Details Control:    - Check and control logistics details of all branches, including e-invoice and e-way bill details.    - Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics information   5. Compliance and Reporting:    - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to billing and logistics.    - Prepare and submit reports as required by management.   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):   1. Accuracy and timeliness of document scanning and uploading. 2. Maintenance of accurate and up to date excel sheets. 3. Compliance with e-way bill and e-invoice regulatory requirements. 4. Accuracy and completeness of logistics information. 5. Timeliness and accuracy of reports.   Skills and Qualifications:   - Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field. - Experience with scanning and uploading documents. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally. - Deep knowledge of e-way bills and e-invoices. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy.
