Field Service Engineer

As part of the Service team in Gujarat, you will manage the customer base in the South-Gujarat region, with a base location in Surat. You will handle daily service and support for Radiometer's existing customer base, promoting service growth, customer happiness, and sales. Your role will involve installation of equipment, preventive maintenance, promotion of service contracts, consumables, and IT solutions, as well as product demonstrations and customer training. You will drive service revenue sales targets, ensure strong customer contract retention, and provide frontline support to resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily service and support for Radiometer's existing customer base - Complete installation of equipment and preventive maintenance - Promote service contracts, consumables, and IT solutions - Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training - Drive service revenue sales targets and ensure strong customer contract retention - Resolve customer issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting - Attend breakdown calls in the region and manage parts requests - Update service reports in CRM and handle potential parts and equipment requirements Qualification Required: - Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, or Bio-Medical preferred) - 4+ years of field service experience in medical devices or related fields - Ability to travel (50% travel involved) - Ability to prioritize workload, goals, and tasks effectively - Ability to work well independently and balance conflicting priorities Join Radiometer's winning team today and accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
