We are now looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Dehradun to drive growth in this important region.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and managing HoReCa sales in the Dehradun region. The candidate will work closely with chefs, purchase managers, and key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, catering services, and institutions to build strong partnerships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the HoReCa customer base (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional buyers) in Dehradun.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and purchase heads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and promotions to increase product acceptance.
  • Ensure effective coordination with distributors and channel partners for smooth supply and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to share insights with the management team.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Consistently achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HoReCa sales within the frozen food industry (mandatory).
  • Strong local network in Dehradun’s hotel, restaurant, and catering industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business expansion.
