Job Description – Sales Officer (HoReCa Sales)

Goeld Frozen Foods is a fast-growing 100% vegetarian frozen food brand, delivering premium quality and innovative products across retail, modern trade, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) channels. With a vision to become a global leader in vegetarian frozen foods, we are expanding our footprint across India and international markets. To strengthen our presence in South India, we are looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Kochi.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales will be responsible for building and managing HoReCa business in Kochi. The candidate must have prior experience in the frozen food industry with a strong track record of sales in the HoReCa segment, along with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the HoReCa customer base (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSR chains, and institutions) in Kochi.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and purchase decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos, sampling sessions, and promotional activities to drive product penetration.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth supply operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends to provide business insights.
  • Consistently achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate client data, prepare sales reports, and share forecasts with management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with strong HoReCa focus (mandatory).
  • Strong client network in Kochi’s HoReCa segment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for client meetings and business development.
