This role ensures the smooth running of daily activities, manages operational staff, and implements strategies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and maintain customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage all branch operational activities, including customer service, inventory control, cash handling, and administrative tasks.Supervise, train, and evaluate branch operations staff; ensure compliance with operational procedures and policies.Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and execute business plans and service goals.Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.Oversee audits and ensure accuracy of financial records and documentation.Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).5–10 years of experience in branch or operations management.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.Knowledge of industry regulations and operational best practices.
