Adtech Systems Limited, a BSE listed Company, has its registered office in Chennai and a corporate office in Trivandrum, Kerala, with branches in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and support engineers stationed in Nagpur, Vizag, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Kochi.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Electronic Security Systems, PoS, and Barcode Solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant business revenue and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify Potential Clients: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell Electronic Security System solutions to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and contribute to the overall business development plan.
3. Marketing Activities:
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Electronic Security System products.
Industry Events: Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Marketing Collateral: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Sales Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
