Sales Manager CCTV & System Integration

As a Sales Manager at Adtech Systems Limited, your role will involve generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer base for our Electronic Security and Building Automation portfolio. This includes products such as CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Intruder Alarm Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned regions. - Promote and sell solutions related to Electronic Security and Building Automation products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and end customers. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings. - Engage in market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial documents. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for seamless execution. - Participate in exhibitions, events, and customer engagement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development in the Electronic Security or Building Automation industry. - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields is preferred. - An MBA in Marketing is considered an added advantage.,
